Chenille – Chenille is a French word for a caterpillar. It is a fuzzy cotton yarn with a pile protruding around it. It is utilized as upholstery, bedspreads and robes.

Chambray – Used in curtains, shirts, and dresses, chambray is a fabric woven with a mixture of a coloured and white yarn.

Damask – Used for table linens and tea towels, damask is a patterned fabric which is made on a jacquard loom.

Corduroy – This is a kind of ribbed pile fabric in various weights and weaves. Useful in bedspreads, jumpers, pants, cushions and curtains.

Denim – Denim is another rugged, durable twill, and mostly common in indigo blue and sometimes other colours like white, tan, red, black. Denim can be seen used in jeans, slipcovers, bedspreads, casual curtains.

Jacquard – A fabric woven on the jacquard loom is the reason behind the elaborated and figured weaves. This type of cotton fabric is mostly used in decorative fabrics like tapestries, damask and brocade.
